Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Satori products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be used in original packaging with all seals intact. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please complete the returns form included with your order and send your item back to the address provided. 

Once your return is received and inspected, if approved your refund will be processed back to your chosen method - original payment method or credit to your account. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
