Aftercare

To maintain the quality and longevity of your luxury hair extensions, we recommend the following care routine:

• Brushing – Gently brush your extensions daily using a professional extension brush. Always support the bonds or wefts and brush from the ends upwards to prevent tension.

• Washing – Use only sulphate & parabin free shampoos to maintain moisture and protect the hair. Wash in a downward motion and avoid scrubbing. We recommend washing 1–2 times per week dependant on lifestyle. 

• Conditioning – Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends. Avoid the root or bond area to prevent slipping. Leave for 2 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

• Styling – Always apply a heat protection spray before styling, on both wet and dry hair. Keep heat tools at a reasonable temperature where possible to maintain cuticle health and prevent dryness.

• Hydration & Shine – Use a lightweight, clear-based oil or serum on the mid-lengths and ends daily. Avoid coloured or heavy oils that may cause discolouration.

• Sleeping – Never sleep with wet hair. Tie hair into a loose braid or low ponytail before bed to prevent matting.

• Swimming & Sun Exposure – Protect hair from UV rays, chlorine and suncream. We advise tying hair up when swimming and rinsing immediately afterwards. Applying a leave-in conditioner beforehand can help create a protective barrier.

• Maintenance Appointments – Attend regular maintenance appointments as advised by your stylist to ensure your extensions remain secure, seamless and healthy.

Colour Guidance 

To preserve the tone and longevity of your Satori Hair extensions, we do not recommend colouring or chemically altering the hair. Our luxury double drawn hair has been carefully selected and processed to achieve its premium quality - additional colouring can compromise its condition and lifespan.

For best results, we strongly advise selecting your perfect shade at the time of purchase. Maintaining the original colour ensures the hair remains soft, healthy, and true to its luxury standard.

Please note that chemically altering the extensions will void any quality guarantee.
